Who doesn't love Imo's?! Their food is amazing, but I gave 4 stars because (at the Edwardsville location) I sat for about 5-10 minutes in my car at the drive-up window before somebody noticed I was there. I debated calling the store or just walking in I was so tired of waiting. Eventually a lady walked over and saw me, then held up her pointer finger like, "hold on" and then took a few minutes before helping me. It was kind of rude, honestly... but their food is amazing so I'll keep coming back. The bathrooms are also really nasty but I like the "classic" look of the interior. 4/5. (Generally, I get pretty good service here it was just this one incident.)

Their pizza is good, but not my favorite. However, their salads are my favorite! Their house Italian dressing is the best and their appetizers are really good. Especially the provel bites with garlic butter for dipping!

I hadn't been to Imo's for some time but my wife was away and I was hungry for spaghetti. Went in and was surprised to see the place had been remodeled and looked nice. The lady who took my order was nice and professional. I did notice the place had a strange smell. I got my soft drink and tableware and sat down. A guy brought my salad over, which tasted good but the knife I had pulled out of the dispenser was dirty. Not light dirt, major thick crud. I sat it aside and finished eating the salad. Soon, a lady brought my spaghetti in a serving dish along with some garlic bread. It looked like they'd put the plain spaghetti into the dish and poured tomato soup all over it. It was drowning in pink liquid. Plus, it was not hot, maybe a little warmer than luke warm. Being hungry, I ate most of it but got up and left and vowed never to come back.

First time I had St. Louis style pizza, very good! Staff was awesome and very professional. Would recommend.

Placed a pick up order for a large pizza and house salad. Was told it would be ready within 30 minutes. I show up and the ordered was mistakenly not put into the system. Staff seems very disorganized and the food is nothing special.
