Much BIGGER location just a couple doors down from the old location. Clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Today is Saturday, see my pics for food selection. Food is seasoned just right and the buffet has a good selection. Yeah, I recommend anyone to visit. I'm pleased today👍

Excellent Indian food in Edwardsville. The spice levels comport with what you would expect.  The lunch buffet is quite good, but dinner is really where this place shines. The service is quick and attentive without going overboard. The food is always good. Now that they are located in the old Neruda space, there is plenty of room. If you're seeking good Indian food on the East Side, this is the place.

I’m a little torn about how many stars to give. I’ve eaten here about 4 times in the various places they have been located. The food is DELICIOUS. Service tends to be a bit “leisurely.” Until the last time I was there 4 stars was totally appropriate. But our last meal there (first in the current location), the service was absurdly slow despite there being at least 4 employees walking around from place to place in the front presumably doing things, but none of those things being taking orders or delivering food to anyone. It was not busy, they did not appear short-staffed, I really have no idea what caused there to be the absolute slowest service I’ve ever experienced. It was so inexplicable I honestly considered the possibility we were being punked. It was nearly 2 hours from the time we were seated to when we got our check, and no more than 20 min of that was us eating. If that had been my first experience I’d have given 1 star and never gone back (a table of 10 or more walked out after being seated for over 20 min without having had orders taken or even water brought). I will go back once more to confirm if my experience was just a fluke. If it happens again, I’ll stick with Mr. Curry which is just as good, cheaper but not as conveniently located.

Looking for Indian food, this highly-rated place came across to me and my buddy and so we drove 45 minutes to eat here. It was worth it. The menus for food and drinks won't disappoint. They serve a mean bloody mary and Taj Mahal Indian beer, and the food was perfectly cooked. Balsamic rice is used in all their dishes and it's just the perfect rice to eat with Indian food. Everything was great there, the customer service, the food, the atmostphere, everything.
P.S. THEY HAVE A BUFFET!

We have eaten here twice and the food was good both times.  Polite, friendly service with real cloth napkins.  Indian TV is entertaining, and they keep the volume turned down.
