About two years ago I threw my shoulder out, went I to the doctor and I was given physical rehab. The rehab was very basic and did not solve the problem, just made it improve just enough. Fast forward a year. I wasn’t getting better, had no real knowledge of how or what to do. I signed up for some personal training sessions with Josh and within a month or two, the pain started to fade away. Now, I’m stronger without pain, more knowledgeable with working out and nutrition. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Josh is a dedicated trainer who has kept me accountable and on track with my fitness goals.  His new facility is clean and convenient.
