What an awesome place to come and workout and or train. If you are interested in doing a all around work out that feels much like a one on one training in a small group setting than this is worth your time. 
The kickboxing class is just right for you if this sounds like what you are looking for. One day you work the bags in a cardio type work out and the next you may do circuit training with different stations working different muscle groups. I love the random approach . Great group of humble and encouraging instructors. Did I mention the first class is free. Take advantage while it lasts and call today.

One of the best Gyms I have trained at. Great environment and friendly staff. Great experience over all and it is definitely worth your money to sign up.

My son and I are taking the Brazilian jiu jitsu classes at Nova Gyms. It has been an awesome experience learning together under the great staff at this facility. I highly recommend checking out a class and becoming a member.

Very clean gym.  It is nice to come in week after week to a clean gym. Great kid's classes. The kids feel accomplished and empowered after each class. The coaches take time to make sure the kids not only understand the concept being taught but the proper way to utilize it. Hands down, great gym!

Love it!  I've been attending the newly added Yoga class at Nova. It's only my 3rd week, and it's making a huge improvement for my overall health.  Nova came highly recommend and the yoga was a good value ($50 for 10 weeks). So, I decided to give it a shot. The instructor is great, she listens to the goals of each student and adjusts her class to be the most beneficial. I am recovering from an injury, and the class has greatly sped up my healing process. An added bonus for me, has been the atmosphere.  Nova is open and family friendly. I'm looking forward to bringing my daughter to try classes in the future!
