Delivery order. Egg rolls and cheese wontons were fried within an inch of their lives. Fried so long... there was NO cheese center in wontons; fried flat. Beef and Broccoli dish under seasoned; definitely had better. I volunteered to return the food for a cash refund but they refused. They did offer to exchange the food. Now, why would I want to do that?

Will never order from them again...i order plain lomain and got plain rice and when i called the guy to complain he was yelling at me saying i got what i order and that it was on the receipt, he was arguing and yelling at me the whole time so i hung up. they sent someone with the plain lomain at my apt my daughter opened the door and the delivery guy came in all the way to the table and was blaming the other delivery guy for bringing the wrong food and as he was talking he was spitting all over my food i was so disgusted that i didnt finish my food i had to threw all of it away....

I received my "Crispy Beef" soggy and unappetizing at best. The white rice was also disappointing. I will not order from here again.

Over fried egg rolls and wontons. Beef and broccoli had no seasoning. Overall worst Chinese food I’ve ever had.

Ordered food and about an hour later got a phone call from someone from Steven Toyota saying that my food was wrongly delivered to them. I called Imperial 42 to let them know of this mistake and I got rudely told to call the delivery driver myself(I guess they couldn't fix their own mistake). After finally getting a hold of the delivery guy he showed up about 15 minutes later and still did not have the food. He eventually went back to Imperial 42 and about 30 minutes later I finally got what I ordered. The food was okay...although I did find a large piece of string in my lo mein...yuck. The delivery guy was nice although he seemed confused but the employee I talked to on the phone was very rude and made me call to find a way to fix their mistake. They never did anything to fix their mistake; no discount, no additional side, no refund, and NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!!!! Would not recommend eating here and if you are planing on having it delivered expect to end up waiting over 2 hours for it to arrive. Truly a disappointment, they need to really restructure their business plan.
