Mikhail and team did a great job, with a very competitive bid about 20% lower than a more popular roofer in Saline. He helped diagnose what could have become a serious problem and helped reduce costs for our needs. I would highly recommend him and his team. Finished our large and complicated roof in 2.5 days, beating a big snowstorm in the process!!

Outstanding, dependable and completely satisfying service. Imperial Building &Roofing's team and in particular Mikhail Lozzovy was an absolute joy to work with. Mikhail was patient and got the roof replacement done that exceeded my expectations in terms of time, costs and workmanship. Highly recommendable company.

My wife discovered beads of water under our kitchen tile. AT first we thought it was a plumbing issue and plumbers were called. After 1.5 hours of looking at all of our plumbing, we determined we did not have a plumbing problem. Hence we thought we had a siding problem and my wife called Imperial Building and Roofing to have them look at it. Two hours Michael (sp?) showed up. He quietly took his time looking at the inside and outside of my home and came up with the culprit  (which was not the siding.. it was the flashing on the roof). He made some recommendations regarding a simple fix and left. 
Wow, what a nice person. I will remember that  if I ever need their services.
