Replacing a roof on your house is a big investment and I got numerous bids for it. The winner was Mr Roof hands down. The process of checking out my old roof along with taking time to go over the options was very helpful and everything promised was delivered. A shout out to the amazing crew too. Mr. Roof did a great job on our new roof.  It only took one day to do.  The crew was fast and efficient and cleaned up our yard well.  George from sales was great to work with.  Very patiently helped us pick out the right color shingles. Great work at a great price!

I had roofer named Jimmy come and do work. He was very professional and seemed to do a good job. Very informative and the prices seemed fair on all his quotes. Its nice when someone seems to like their job.

Extremely disappointed with their service and follow up. Leaking from an attic vent damaged my master bedroom ceiling. The Mr. Roof inspector came up this morning and said it wasn't their problem. When they put my roof on they did not go inside the attic and reconnect the vent pipe. Now my WHOLE attic is wet and full of frost and they told me it's my problem!!! $8,000 roof! Not their job to go in the attic and reconnect vents. Nobody even told me that I (the customer) needed to do that. So now I have to fix that and have my master bedroom ceiling repainted on my dime. 
By the way, they never put my molding back on my skylights in my family room and would not return my phone calls until this day. Three years later, no molding on skylights. 
The inspector who came out this morning, while climbing down the ladder that goes to my attic, said, "Good news for me, bad news for you." 
How's that for customer service.
