If I could give them 0 stars, I would....... 
And the ONLY reason I'm giving them a 3 star review is because of the sales manager, Tom. He has been the nicest person I've spoken to....and the only person who actually understands how much my situation sucked.

My experience with buying a car from here has been nothing less than a nightmare. They were not willing to negotiate the price so don't waste your time trying to do that. And be forewarned about buying if you live in NH that it will take DAYS for you to get your car from them......
I won't be a returning customer unless I move to Mass, but if you live in mass, have amazing credit, and finance through the dealership, you might have an easier time than me....

I just purchased my first car from Imperial Chevrolet. Robert Burgo greeted me and my wife when we first walked in. Super nice guy, very patient and knowledgeable.  He showed us a few cars within our budget and explained pros and cons of each one. He was very honest and not pushy at all. He let us make up our minds, no pressure. I would totally recommend Imperial cars to anyone trying to buy a car, they will help you out!

Mo Alomar is one of the best car salesman i have dealt with. He was very easy to talk to and not intimidating. I am an 18 year old kid so I have been to dealers that treat me as a child but with Mo he treated me like a man and fairly even though i was young. He helped me get in my 2013 Toyota Corolla and i love it. After an easy buying process Mo gave me a 25 dollar gift card to eat at the Little Miss Mendon Diner which was amazing. After my meal after the car was cleaned and serviced, Mo showed me around the car and how to use the blue tooth and how to open the trunk and everything else i need to know about the car. Overall my experience was phenomenal and i will definitely be back for my next car.

I recently moved to this area from Worcester so this was a more convenient location for service.  I was very impressed with the showroom.  I was given a great price for an oil change and brake job.  My wife and I will definitely be going there for service in the future!

Absolutely satisfied with every single worker here. Jazz was non pushy and super helpful at finding me the perfect car that was suitable for my needs and price range!! He told me all the details about the new jeep I purchased, very professional! Highly recommend this place. I even got to bring my car home the same day, how convenient is that?! If you're looking for a dealership that KNOWS what they're taking about and marks by their words then say no more, imperial is the place to go! Highly recommend Jazz, he was the biggest help at any dealership I have ever been to. 5 stars goes to this place!!
