Recently I bought a 2015 Ford Focus with the help of Alex at Fafama. The price was unbeatable and the car was in spectacular condition, but I would have chosen to do business with Fafama regardless because of their commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Alex was patient, understanding, accommodating, and most of all, helpful in my search for a new vehicle. When I finally decided to give Fafama my business, they had the car ready to drive off the lot in a blink of an eye. If you are looking for low prices, great value (tires, oil change, etc. come with vehicle), and most importantly, a personal advocate for your needs and wants, go with Fafama and their highly trained customer service team!

Max was my car salesman at Fafama he was absolutely amazing! Found me the best deal possible with flexible payments. I left Fafama very satisfied! I appreciate everything he did for me; I will be returning in the future to purchase my next car. I recommend him and Fafama 100%

It's possible that I may never buy a brand new car again; not when there's great used cars and excellent service at Fafama Auto Sales.   Alex was easy going and completely accommodating.  He immediately gave me the price I wanted, and knew how to sweeten the deal.  When the car needed Service, Johnny assured that the repairs were promptly completed to my satisfaction.  I made a great decision to buy from Fafama.

Best experience I have ever had in a car dealership. Walked in and was greeted instantly with a smile and conversation. Alex helped me with my purchase and was extremely professional. Made sure I understood everything that was going on and sparked up some conversation during the wait period on the credit check. There was no need to haggle or try to get a better deal. They offered me exactly what I wanted before I even asked for it. This place is the best. Quick and easy. Next time I am in the market I will definitely go see Alex. Thank  you again for the great experience!

After my car died unexpectedly I had to get a new car right away. I was not prepared at all. I looked online and saw great reviews and the cars all seemed very fair in price. Max was the man who helped me an was wonderful. He made the experience less stressful and got me into the exact car I wanted. Thanks Max!!!
