I have dealt with this shop a couple of times in the past.  Courtesy and attitude has never been good, but I always overlooked it because it is the only game in town when it comes to locksmith service and because competent service was provided. Today, however, I went there with a problem and the owner apparently was not available to change out the lock on my vehicle trunk.  In the process, the technician took the linkage that controls the locking mechanism loose and then closed the trunk--which has no access any other way than the keyed lock on the trunk lid--so now there is absolutely NO access to my trunk short of taking it to a body shop to see if they can remove the back seat in some way or perhaps drill a hole in the trunk which will then have to have a body shop repair.  Yes, I was upset and went inside and called out that I needed help PLEASE!  I had perishable food items in my car and needed to get home.  I had asked the technician if I could come back tomorrow...and he hemmed and hawed about not being certain anyone would be available at any given time--because they go out on mobile calls which apparently are more important than fixing a problem they created!  So, words were said and I will now drive to Alexandria or Lake Charles before I seek service from this shop EVER AGAIN....that is, AFTER I get someone to break into my trunk :(

Great staff. Excellent selection of Case knives. Buy local! They have items you can't find at Lowe's.
