We've been going here for years and the food has slowly been getting worse.  Tonight was just plain disgusting; I called to complain about it and was told I could get the order replaced tonight or I could get a coupon for 30% off of the next visit.  I tried to explain that having the same person on the same night cook the same food is going to give me the same result; which is just plain dumb in my opinion.  I asked for a credit and was told the only way to get a credit was if I returned ALL of the food, completely full; if it was eaten, we wouldn't get a refund.  I asked "how was I suppose to know how awful it was without trying it?"  I put the food back in the containers and brought it up there and was given $17 of the $28 back and that was only after arguing for it and because we tried it, unbelievable!!!! Never again!!!
