Sometimes being basic is all you need. That is definitely the case with their tacos! Just the basic lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and beef (well, and tons their red hot sauces) is all it takes to have the best tacos anywhere! Their tortillas and awesome. I've tried other dishes here, but always go back to the tacos. If you're looking for another, maybe sightly healthier option, the chicken tacos on soft corn tortillas are also very good!

I love Sabrosa. It is definitely its own thing. Have been a loyal customer for years and recommend it highly. Probably the best food in Roscoe and definitely worth a trip up from farther out. Great place for a quick evening dinner or great lunch.

Good place to grab tacos and other Mexican dishes. The tacos are very good and easy to eat a few. Theor food isn't as authentic Mexican as it could be, but is an excellent option with a very nice staff. Only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way, but still worth the effort to get to.

Taco Tuesday is great here. Both hard and soft tacos are delicious. Can't wait to eat here again.
