We like this place a lot. Very friendly staff, good food, fries are excellent when you ask them to make them crispy and they make delicious hot cocoa. It gets too busy on Saturday and Sunday nights so we go mid week. They are always happy to put extra lettuce on my burger and the grilled onions are delicious!

We dined in since drive-thru line was long, as to be expected at In-N-Out, roughly 20 cars for 6:30pm on a Saturday. Staff was friendly. During our meal, one of them came over to our table to ask if everything was ok and if we needed a refill on our drinks. Restaurant was clean. There’s outdoor seating.

The last In-n-Out burger on Interstate 80 until you get to Reno. Whenever we go there it is jam-packed but there is not that much wait, because they have more than 20 people working in their kitchen. Are their fries better than McDonald’s? Both are great in their own special way. Besides, that’s a very personal question….

Updated Review, September 15, 2022 Today, was a returned visit to ordered my usual hamburger combo with fries and lemonade, but sadly, very disappointed with the meat quality and food preparation in comparison to my most recent visit. The hamburger meat was ultra thin and rubbery, and the fries were lukewarm and limp. The lemonade was good. If this happens again, it will be my last visit to this location…  Last week’s review: I’m so happy to have re-visited this location today due to my last visits of disappointment and regret this year. My order today was my usual, cheese hamburger combo, which was as delicious and prepared equivalent as the many years and locations I’ve visited in California and Nevada. I hope to see the continuous in food quality, preparedness and great customer service.

The burger and fries  are so delicious  it's was like a mouth watery flavor. Good job on their burger   the burgers are the most tastes  . 5 star  definitely.  The worker work their butts off with the service and their cashier and making the food. I will try to recommend to go to this place more often. The service was terrific.Food: 5/5

I was there around 12:30 p.m. and it was very very busy but I got my food in less than 10 minutes. I love in and out I'm so glad they came to Northern California! They have never disappointed me and I've been going for 40 plus years. Great staff, great food, there are a lot of travelers and locals that go there and the environment is awesome!

I had an excellent visit at In-N-Out and enjoyed a delicious double double. The burger was cooked to perfection, with the perfect amount of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and special sauce. The fries were also crispy and tasty. The service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend In-N-Out to anyone looking for a tasty burger and fries.

This is my favorite California food stop, a double double with extra spread for the fries and a root beer is truly heaven.

Today was a returned visit to the drive-through for a combo - hamburger, fries and lemonade - and once again, sadly disappointed with the preparation of the ultra-thin lukewarm hamburger and lukewarm fries. My assumption is the drive-thru option isn’t the best option at this particular location, and if trying a walk-in with the same results, then no more future visits.
