In-N-out always have great costumer service.  Always polite and they are good giving what you request for. But I have to give them a 4 star review because my last visit I order a protein burger and my lettuce was not in good condition.  It had warm feces and they did not notice it. I did called costumer service and they apologized and sent me a Bouchard.  I hope it won't happen again.

We’re really lucky to have at least two in-n-outs in the south valley. This one is nice and new, but the drive through can get long during lunch rush. The staff is always courteous and as their reputation boasts, the food always comes out hot and fresh. I’ve been through about 8 times and I have no plans to stop.Food: 5/5

I love in and out but now they say they cannot make a patty melt! Im disappointed customer service has gone down significantly now this! Corporate please allow ur employees to meet customer needs!! And teach ur employees to follow basic instructions they messed up my order ! Hopefully things improve back to how they were before! On a happy note they politely fixed my order.

Do yourself a favour and eat somewhere healthier. Treat your food like medicine. Only come to this In-n-Out only if you desperate.Food: 4/5

Great food, but this location is right across from a high school so it’s constantly filled with obnoxious teenagers. Tried enjoying a burger after work and waited for my order since it was busy. One of the workers just let our order sit on the counter without calling out our number. After we grew impatient and went to check, they handed us the bag that was sitting up there for ten minutes . Thankfully another worker remade our cold fries but we just took the lost on the burgers.  If you’re just looking to grab a burger and unwind, don’t come here.

This in and out is busy so know the workers really work hard. Along with this come ocasional issues and cheese on a burger that should have had non… just be clear and patient and they got your back! Food was a little cold but that’s just what you get from in and out in Los Angeles these days.  Still fresh!  Parking: It’s very hard to get in and out. Lots of crazy people like to whizz by while you back up and won’t wait so keep a third eye out for single brain cell drivers, the mj smell is a quick clue that your entering a half baked Neigbor hood.  Kid-friendliness: Minus the MJ smell by the back door of the place it was very busy but they gave out stickers to my little one. I’m still with my eagle eye on all corners for potential child abdication but I can say there was no suspects in view this day! Safe but caution at all times is the way!!!!  Wheelchair accessibility: Grandpa rolled easy here.

A chill place to go eat. It's always busy but it's still calm and you never wait more than 10 minutes for your food IF that. The burgers are FAMOUS famous, people come to California just to try them. Me, personally, I think they're alright, but most people I know would kill for them, so ‍Food: 4/5

I m always on the go, but I make it my goal to get food here 1 or 2 times daily. Been doing this for over 10 years.   Why?  Because I always know what I'm getting n if it isn't just like I wanted, they will fix it right now.  Question... How can the best get better?Food: 5/5

Double Double with raw onion is really delicious, and fries here are crispy. Pink lemonade is fresh. Recommended this place.Food: 5/5

Save yourself the poor treatment and go to taco bell or something.  The employees at this location go out of their way to be rude, completely unprovoked.  Then try to tell you they hope your day gets better when you frown at them for being an a-hole.  Isn't the first unsavory experience here, clearly won't be the last!Food: 3/5
