I had a terrific experience at this Panda Express inside Topanga Mall. I used my Tmobile Tuesday code on the orange chicken bowl for mobile order. When I went to pick it up, my food was already wrapped up in the bag. They give a decent amount of chicken with the rice. My sisters also met up with me after I finish eating my food and wanted to get her orange chicken bowl as well so I placed another order along with beef and broccoli. She then decided that she wanted Teriyaki chicken too but since my mobile order was already submitted, I told her to just order it in person. The line wasn't so bad, so she did the la carte Teriyaki chicken in a small box. The lady cutting the chicken and putting it in the box made sure that it's fully packed so that's highly appreciated because she made sure you get your money worth. Overall I would recommend coming here if you're craving a quick dish to eat. Vegetarian options: They have some dishes that are healthy, like their fried egg rolls with no meat. Parking: This Panda Express is located inside the mall so there are plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly since it's inside the mall so they can sit at the food court area. Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible inside the mall. Just take the elevator to the 2nd floor.
I recently had a deeply unsatisfactory experience at Panda Express, largely due to the behavior and attitude of an employee named Heydi. Her demeanor was both cheap and rude, leaving me with a negative impression of the establishment. One incident that particularly stood out was when Heydi went out of her way to take a piece of chicken off my plate and put it back onto the serving tray. I found this action to be not only disrespectful but also unsanitary. It left me feeling disgusted and questioning the hygiene practices at Panda Express. Furthermore, Heydi's demeanor was akin to someone who thought the food was coming out of her own pocket. She displayed an off-putting level of stinginess and acted as if she was doing me a favor by serving me. Her attitude was entirely unprofessional and did not align with the customer service I expected. In addition to her cheap behavior, Heydi's rudeness was apparent throughout my interaction with her. She seemed to lack basic courtesy and respect, treating me in a manner that made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. It was disheartening to witness such behavior from an employee representing Panda Express. Overall, my experience with Heydi at Panda Express left me deeply disappointed. I strongly urge the management to address these concerns and ensure that their employees are trained to provide exceptional customer service. I sincerely hope that future patrons do not have to endure the same unpleasant encounter that I did. Please note that this review is based on my personal experience, and others may have different encounters at Panda Express.
Must eat when you are in USA. A famous chinese fastfood chain. Cheap and good and no tipping required. Love their orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp
Naydeen was super rude to me for no reason. In my life have I ever been treated so poorly in panda express
Food was not fresh and had a very limited selection due to me coming soon to closing. One thing I did want to mention was how dirty the seating area was and when I mentioned it to an employee they just stepped to the back. This place is usually pretty okay though!
When my friend and I was eating there at panda express like about 2 or 3 years ago both of our foods have hairs in it. My friend and I showed it to the worker of the manager unfortunately there was no refund or anything. All they did was give us some other food but it still had the same problem we were both disappointed and upset and after that we never went back to that location. We go to a different panda express that we know there’s no hair in the food because that was gross and disgusting. When I got home like not that long ago I got very sick in a bomb it made me sick and that’s why I never ate at that panda express again. I do not recommend this place at all. I will tell people this location is the worst place to go as it should be reported. I rather eat else where that I know the food is made fresh with no problems and no complaints. Also a place where there are good reviews.
The saying goes, "Your taste buds change as you get older." I believe that is the case with Panda Express. Ordered 2 Item Combo. Double Chow Mein, Double Orange Chicken. Just did not have that fusion I enjoyed as in times past. Quite frankly, the food sucks. Overall, Panda Express is just to mainstream, to generic in my opinion. It will be a long time before I go to Panda Express again. Looking forward to finding a good Mom & Pop Chinese Fast Food joint.
When I get angus steak and pay extra for it - I want to get STEAK. Eventually you put like 1/3 meat and 2/3 of some vegetables. Thats cheating. I will not be buying anything here from now on
food taste great, servings are good, 1 set of 2-item combo meal is good for 2 people, reasonable price, staff are friendly, good customer service, my family is always eating lunch here on weekend mall shopping.Dine in: Yes
The chow mein with your favorite choice of chicken for a quick bite at the mall? Bingo. I enjoy the bar sliding down as I see the menu options.
