Absolutely wonderful! Jacob in the office was very courteous, and gave me a very accurate quote. He also called me back the day before to remind me the time the crew was going to be there. The crew was excatly on time, and they had loaded our entire apartment up in about an hour and a half. They took the same amount of time to unload and set everything up for us. After they gave us a detailed bill, and there were no hidden charges or fees we were not aware of. Over all a great and stress free experience! We will absolutely be using them the next time we move!!!

I don’t even know where to start!!

The guy in the office (Jacob) had me scheduled for 9am which was perfect, called me the day before and pretty much begged me to get moved to noon instead, so I said sure why not. Well moving day came 12 o’clock came and went, around 2:15 I get a call from the driver saying they were 1.5hr away! I was livid at this point, if you know you are going to be late, call me I’m easy to work with. When you call me two hours late I’m already livid at that point. So they finally show up a little after 3pm! So a 3hr late start, they load up our house and get to our new house, now they tell me I need to salt the sidewalks and stuff before they will bring my stuff in, I have brand new wood floors so salt was not getting laid down, so google said kitty litter worked just as good, well after they brought about 5 boxes in they decided to lay some carpet on my floor after they already had kitty litter everywhere! I was so furious I just wanted them to unload and get out. So when they finished they wrote up the bill and it was $472 more than what I was quoted. Manager called me this morning and said he’d give me a 10% discount...woo a whole $87.00. Like really? This was literally the worse moving experience ever, next time I’ll do more research instead of going with a quote that sounded good .

UPDATE: minutes after I left this review the manager called and said he would refund me my deposit plus the $87 if I were to “edit” my review, I told him I would not lie to people, but If he refunded me the amount than I would add that he worked with me....however it’s been 3 weeks and still have yet to receive my refund....so just more reason not to do business with these jokers.

Movers showed up over 2 hours late and caused me much stress during the move.  The owner made excuses and finally gave me a discount. It was not worth the stress.

I called them with 4 days notice and they showed up on time... Moved my belongings with care. Would reccomend to my family..

The move went well we arrived at my new home and discovered my big screen TV was broken. I was told to contact the company and was guaranteed by the mover that the company would repair and/or replace my TV.  The moving company manager Egal has agreed to refund the amount of the move which covers the amount of my TV. I would recommend this company to anyone.
