I absolutely love my massage chair. As a hairstylist of 18 years it's so nice to come home and just relax. The best part of the story and reason I'm leaving a review is. I bought the floor model from Brookstone. Obviously there would be some wear. Being that the chair was being used by so many people. I bought the chair at a steal of a price as it was the floor model. However, when I got home I had complications with the chair and after four service calls they decided to just replace the chair. I am extremely happy and excited that they would stand behind their product at this level. I wish them even greater success!

Fantastic high end massage chairs, zero gravity recliners and active seating office chairs. If you care about your health, you will love this place.

Been to the Inada massage chair headquarters a couple of times and now own a chair! Best massage chair in the world. People are welcoming and friendly. No pressure. Nice place as you can test several different models in one place.
