InBox customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced.  They could not have been more personable in the store.  I bought a dress that was a bit challenging to get on in the store but thought I could make it work when I got home.  The same problems happened at home so I decided I would try to return it.  However,  I do not live in Iowa but rather on the east coast so returning it was not going to be super easy.  Plus, my experience with most boutiques is they will not accept returns, only exchanges.  I emailed InBox and they responded in a very timely fashion, were incredibly understanding and offered to either give me my money back or exchange the dress.  The even said they would pay for the shipping costs to send it back to them, AMAZING!!!! I can't say enough about this store, their trendy clothing options and phenomenal staff!

I love this boutique! The staff is super friendly and helpful and they offer fabulous clothing. You are guaranteed to find something you love!
