Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They explained how and when each step of the process would occur, and stuck to their timeline. Paul suggested we add a 3/4 sleeve baseball tee option because of how good it looked with our design, and he was totally right. I appreciated their personal touch and how easy it was to complete our order. We will definitely order from UGP Iowa City again.

super helpful staff - from design to copyrights/logos to picking up the product itself, they took time to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it, going above and beyond. I would highly recommend UGP to anyone looking for a quality product and awesome customer service!
