If you are on the fence about where to go to eat, and are interested in quality Mexican food,  go here. Skip the other Mexican restaurants here in Sioux Falls, they are all trying to play catch-up to Inca's. Their burritos are fabulous, nothing at all to  shrug at as you will soon find out if you order one. They are huge, but don't stop there with healthy servings of side orders of (fantastic) beans and rice that are as authentic as it gets and out of this world.

Also, the Margaritas are fantastic, not huge but so delicious. Also highly recommended are the nachos which you can not go wrong with if you order. They are a very unique dish and absolutely crave-worthy - really an Inca's "must try" which leads me to another (which I have not seen at any other Mexican restaurant in town either by the way) the fried ice cream! Yum. Enjoy a hot shell of fried goodness that gives way to a cold, creamy, and refreshing homemade-tasting ice-cream center, all drizzled with an intoxicating honey on top that pulls the whole thing together. Or, you could skip ice cream and get a sopapilla, which is another item also available, also awesome. I've been eating here for years, and never did I feel as full as after eating at Inca's! It was such a unique feeling that I learned to become familiar with and love - the feeling of satisfaction. Also, the staff is always, and has always been, nothing other than cordial, polite, attentive, responsive, professional, and smiling. They are kind and professional. You can tell they care about your experience. Check it out for sure if you haven't, I believe they are the very best Mexican restaurant in town, hand's down and I couldn't mean it more.

The traditional food here is great! It was quiet when we went in and we were seated immediately and got an appetizer in just a few minutes. They promptly came back for our orders and we were set. 

I ordered the tamales and asked for the beef,  but they let me know they had only prepped pork that morning.  That was fine with me,  and I was blown away at how fresh it tasted,  knowing they made them that morning. I've only had better tamales homemade.

Absolutely amazing all the way around! The food was delicious and at good price, and the service was great! We had a group of 47 people and our waiter didn’t write anything down and didn’t mess up any of the orders. Outstanding and I can’t wait to go back.

Great place to meet friends. This was my 3rd time there. Loved their shredded pork and beef. Awesome staff.
