It was a small but comfortable environment. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our food came out timely and was hot and very tasty. The chips and salsa were good but we would've liked a little spicier salsa. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and will recommend Jacky's to friends. We can't wait to eat there again!

This is a small restaurant kind of on the wrong side of the tracks but not scary dangerous by any stretch. Ample parking around the restaurant. This restaurant is good because it boasts traditional Mexican dishes and it also has some Guatemalan dishes which I was not familiar with but sampled and we found them very tasty. They serve Pepsi products on tap. They also had a couple of TVs at the back-end of the restaurant. Service was fair but not outstanding. There is also a kids menu for youngsters who don't like Mexican and they have such things as chicken strips and burgers.

My absolute favorite place to eat in Sioux Falls! I think it's the best tasting food in town, and the prices are more than reasonable. The service is always very prompt, friendly, and speedy. My personal favorite is the "wet burrito" with shredded chicken and green sauce; it may sound unappetizing, but you'll get over that quickly. Also, do yourself a favor and get some of their amazing guacamole and smother your food in their special hot sauce (you have to ask for it). You won't be disappointed!

Best part of dinner was the service. The nachos were made from cheap canned cheese for $10.00. Taco Bell has better nachos! Nothing special about the atmosphere was same as any cheap diner but there are $20 items on the menu? Seriously will not ever go back!

Not a bad thing on the menu!!! Simply fantastic delicious food. Great service. A+++
