Used to have an account here when it was St. Luke's Parish Credit Union. After it became Incenta it became almost impossible for me to come here since the hours are weird and really only take place when I'm in school (they're closed on weekends too which sucks since that's otherwise the only time I would've been able to come here). Ended up resorting to just closing my account here (thankfully the lady who helped me was SUPER friendly). Still a decent credit union that does it's job even though the hours are kinda inconvenient.

We had my paycheck direct deposited into our account and it was a wire transfer the teller verified that the funds were available but when it came time to make a withdrawal they said we couldn't have any of it stating that the maximum withdrawal was 500 a day even though that was never in any of the paperwork so we requested to close the account and by law that must release all funds in the account. They refused to close the account and sent the money back ( supposedly) without any written consent from us. My employer contacted chase and they informed us that these actions are unlawful and that they would report them to the ncua
