The Chase ATM machine at this branch does not work properly. I told the staff that on 3 occasions the machine malfunctioned by not properly counting my deposit money and had consumed my deposit without crediting my account. I filed a claim with Chase. The staff seemed uninterested in fixing the machine or informing any other customers about the malfunctioning machine. Instead just rolled their eyes. Bad customer service.

The staff was very kind and helpful. I got my savings account set up quickly and efficiently. The employees are knowledgeable and seem to really care about the customers.

Very Poor Service. Mailing system sucks. I ordered a checkbook and waited for a month for that. They mailed it to some wrong address and I didn't get them but charged. More over I was asked to come to their branch for ordering the new checkbook . They call to the branch for all the little issues which can be solved on phone. Now, they blocked my debit card without sending new card and again I was asked to come to the branch to unblock my card. I feel like closing my account in this bank.
