The staff are amazing and super friendly.  However the equipment is a different story.  My skii bindings ended up being loose and the manager tried to explain that's how kids they should be.  As to making it right he said that's too bad.

Friendly staff that was very helpful. It's located right off the bus stop so there are rental spots closer to the mountain, only downside.

Very friendly, efficient staff with an amazing variety of Demo-Skis/Snowboards.  Everybody in the shops ride and ski. So, they know "what's goin' on" !!

I've been going here since I was a kid and yesterday I got to bring in my son for his first ski day.  These guys have always been so great and genuinely caring.  My son had the best day and gave everyone in the shop high fives, which aren't easy to get from this 3 year old.  Thanks again guys and see you soon!

Rented at both Incline Ski Shop Snowmass and Aspen multiple times during our vacation. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us quickly given the busy spring break season. Definitely repeat customers :)
