Love the self service dog wash. 

I can't bend over to wash my pup in the tub due to back problems. However I don't want to wash her in the sink because her long thick coat clogged it the last time. I have a skittish 16 week old blue heeler. The cashier at the front was super helpful ringing me up and getting me set up at the wash. She showed me how everything worked and even got my puppy some treats to help her become more comfortable. 
The employees are all very sweet definitely provide some great service. I'll be coming back again.

This store is great they have green cheek conures guinea pigs, rabbits,some fish, rats, mice, tarantulas,
Bearded dragon's, and leopard geckos and lots and lots of pet supplies!

Met the owner in his store up in Grass Valley years ago. One of our dogs had stomach problems and I stopped in to get some lamb-based food. He was stocking the shelves but stopped to explain which foods were made locally, which were organic and which had chemicals, etc. I thought he was an employee being helpful and knowledgeable, but he turned out to be a guy with four stores and enough time to explain food content to a concerned customer. We've been buying the same food from Incredible Pets for our three dogs ever since. The employees are great. The selection is better than Petco. And the prices are super. We just got two kittens. Want to guess where we'll be getting our supplies?

Employees are seriously friendly & knowledgeable. Their sale prices are great, don't forget to sign up for the emails & the loyalty card cause that will save you even more money. I always stock up at their semi-annual sale
