Short version- “Manager David” should be fired. I was told my daughter, 15 years old, threw trash on the floor and laughed at the man walking near her,  when in reality she was admiring the harnesses when she looked up and smiled at the man near her because she was pleased with the color of the harness. She proceeded to go get her rat food, dog in hand, and without warning, was asked to leave due to “throwing trash and knocking things down.” The man who said this called himself the manager and that his name was “David.” The 8 dollar bag, 2.5 pounds, at this Petco was far more expensive then the 5 pound bag for 9$ at the nearby Petsmart that my daughter ended up getting. None of the other workers cared to help, and this manager obviously thought he is larger then life because he thinks he can kick people out for no reason and tell them that he “doesn’t need your money.” Disgusting. If I could give this overpriced, terrible store, with very unhealthy pets lower than a 1 star, I would. If someone named David wants to help you, then watch out because he is delusional and unprofessional.

Super nice staff. I reffer to this place as 'the Auburn aquarium and small animal zoo" my son loves the fish, riders, birds, snakes and lizards. I like how they have refillable cat litter

My dog loves their treats!!  And they have pretty good toys too.  Prices are a little high.
