This shop is really the best. One if they don't have something they have other stores and a super store in San Dimas so odds are they have it. The staff is very knowledgeable and really make you feel like you are the only customer to make sure you are fitted correctly. Got 3 bikes for whole family including a high end mountain bike for em.

Friendly, knowledgeable, great sales and service staff, the manager Jason goes above and beyond, James in service can fix anything, and Brian can do a perfect fit kit

If I could give a negative rating, it would be -10. They had my fork for a full 3 MONTHS, then I get a call saying that they "couldn't find a you tube video" showing how to re-assemble the damper and that I should just send it to X-fusion to be rebuilt for $150. 3 MONTHS, they had this fork. I took it to Win's Wheels in Westlake and they had the fork done by the next day for $75. Will never, ever, ever go to Incycle ever again.

Performance Bikes is closer to me, but after a couple of mediocre to bad experiences there I switched to Incycle and it's so much better. Better selection, better service. Incycle gives you a very conservative estimate of when they'll have your work done -- they've always had my bike ready a day or two early, which I appreciate. I had an annoying creaking / popping noise on a bike that I bought online and built myself. When I went into Performance, I got a lecture about how I should buy bikes from them rather than online. When I went into Incycle, someone spent many hours tracking down the issue, only charged me $40, and the creak has been totally gone ever since.
