This guy has the best customer service I've ever experienced. He knows his stuff and goes out of his way to help u get what u want. Great conversation, friendly and professional. All around great guy and has some top end bikes for all occasions. If your in his area and are looking to spend some money go see john and u won't be disappointed...

John knows his stuff. Friendly, kind, and helped me out when he could have taken advantage of a guy new to biking. He fixed my pedal instead of trying to sell me a new set. Great shop, and an even better shop owner!

Guy is who owns the place is kinda of odd. He was helpful but talked to me like I was an idiot the entire time. Also the prices were a little over the top with the parts and labor.

Even if they are busy they will try to help you if they can with quick bike work and questions.  Very helpful, even over the phone, and honest.  They will tell you if the bike you want to fix up is just not worth the money it would cost.  Very nice road bikes and very experienced people work here, it is always great to see them!

I've been going to Bicycle John's for 12 years. I have seen John, John and Jeff take extraordinary effort to help bicyclists of all ages and skills. Everyone gets attention as if they are the most important customer in the world. Experienced advice and friendly. Sometimes I'll just hang and watch them help out customers and have never seen someone oversold or shortchanged on attention. These guys are fantastic!
Ignore bad reviews from long ago, the owner and his team care about their customers.
