Totally mean female dispatcher. She was very impatient when I couldn't tell her if I was at a home, hotel, store etc. I was at a place that charges folks to do their work there as well as network with other mostly millenials. Not sure what it's called since I was there for a conference and not as a member. She told me the cab would arrive in 5-15 min. Two other people ordered Ubers at the same time. Their rides came within 3 mins. Finally after 25 min went by I called an Uber. It arrived in 2 min. I called Independent Cab to tell them to cancel. Then 15 mins later they called to ask if I was still waiting for a cab. I started by saying: "I called...". And before I could finish saying that I called and cancelled she hung up on me. How does a business like theirs possibly survive?

Customer service sucks!  Use uber or lyft I'm convinced they only hire retards here!

Waited for 20 minutes after requesting a cab that they said would arrive in 10-15 before I called back. Afterwards they said it's be another 10! I've been waiting for 30 now and still no cab. Obscene. Take your money somewhere else.

Kept hanging up on me

Spoke to a rep who stated that he was sending a driver to me. Waited 30 minutes and called back to get a rude lady on the phone stating that there was no one on their way ! This is why people uber instead of taking cabs, very unprofessional.
