We are a full line roofing company offering new construction and re-roof services along with maintenance and repair services for both low slope and steep slope systems. worst personal experience I've ever had!  my dealings with Mr Hilliard were very clear from the beginning, the most stressed was scheduling, craftsmanship and a cleanliness.  I asked many time's about when id have a start date, all I needed was a rough date within a week, well... I get a call the day before they were to start, I was on vacation and a week later when I return I inspected the work and had to have them come back to fix obvious unsatisfactory work. I ask again for a schedule on when the gutters and metal work would start, a few days later the crew shows up on a Saturday afternoon asking me to move cars so they could get started.  I sent them away because I had family and friends over for the game.  when they did return and begin work, the end of the first day they left a mess that I had to clean up, trash, cigarette butts, metal clippings and glass all over the street. I asked Mr Hilliard to please make sure they picked up their mess only to come home from dinner with my wife to find a truck load of trash in the yard being blown around by the wind at 7pm that evening!  Mr Hillard said that a recycling guy was supposed to come by and clean it up, no one ever showed up, my wife sat there until after 8:30pm, so I was stuck cleaning it up and getting rid of it..  all I can say is I will never recommend them to anyone, I work in the industry and if any of my men or subcontractors performed like these guys they'd be out of a job! only reason I give two stars is because I believe the roofers did an overall good job but lacked supervision. see for yourself...
