I tried to make an apptment back in December 16, I was changing my insurance, and they advised me to make an appointment with my primary care dr for medication refills and basic checkup. when I arrived I was handed my medication list and told dr too busy to see me.(still paid the copay). I became very ill on Dec 27,  2016, called for appoint ment  told  that they were booked till April 17,  suggested  I  use the walk in clinic. I did.  My blood pressure medicine was down to one pill. called dr williams office about 10am. they told me they would call in the med to my pharmacy.  At  3:55 I got a voicemail saying that my scipt was rejected, that I would have to see the dr. When I called the office back the recording told me the refill line was closed at 4pm.  it was 4:03 when I called.  I called for an appointment to get the refill today, but she had nothing today. I told her several times that I had no more blood pressure medicine. She said can see you tomorrow. do you want the appointment or not. I said that dont help me today. I have no more pills. she said your  pharmacy will loan you one. Well they told me thats not their policy. Really no wonder I need blood pressure medication. I dont reccomend these people to anyone.

I met Dr. Williams for the first time today and I absolutely adored her!! Everybody from the ladies at check in to the nurses to the lab, were so friendly and helped me. I'm so glad I was referred to Dr. Williams!!!!
