My favourite place in the whole world. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, the animals are very well cared for, the gift shop has some insanely cool and high quality stuff and the dinosaurs are a lot of fun to see! Staff are very kind and happily answer questions. The curator and assistant curator are really great and very clearly care about the animals. They always have coupons so you never have to pay full price for admission and there are also discount coupons for other local businesses in their newspaper. By far my favourite place to visit - in this area and including the whole of Toronto and Montreal. I would love nothing more than to see this place grow and flourish.

This place is incredible!!! The staff is some of the nicest people I have ever met in my entire life. I 100% recommend going here. It's such a cool experience and you will not be disappointed!

Awesome experience for our family. So much to see. Loved the moving dinosaurs and crocodiles !! Thanks for a great visit. Don't miss out on the little fuzzy real caterpillar we saw crossing the trail! It was real!

I went yesterday for the first time and was not impressed at all. The price for this zoo is $20 which isn't too far off from the Toronto Zoo. The price would've been fine except there isn't a lot there. We were in an out within 45 minutes(walking slow).. needless to say we won't be back.

Not as bug as I thought and more for kids...but they treat the animals wonderfully and the staff are kind. Clean and fair priced.
