Very cool experience. We were able to have several lions walk within inches of our car. A small monkey jumped onto the hood and then roof of our vehicle as well. Better than most zoos. Also a nice water park, elephants, and other activities as well.

Amazing place! Wish we had bought a seasons pass - it was so much fun. We did the 1 hour drive in the safari (make sure you keep your windows closed at all times) and then spent a few hours at the waterpark. We bought swimsuits & Towels because we forgot our - they were about $20 each

It is a very good place for families and fun, lots of good activities and animals shows to watch. I visited it like 5 times and still enjoy it every time, a very cool and good splash water area for kids. The reasons that I give only 4 star (I actually wanted to give it 3) are: 1) for the splash area they let parent to get in with full cloth to watch and help the kids, hygiene? Very bad 2) they are missing lots of directional sites, so you are lost if you don't know your way and you always need to ask someone, not good specially in a crowded and hot days. 3) the entrance gates and some lines are very slow, we had our own tickets before we go and even thought, we had to stop for some time on the gate, also for some of the trips like the train, too slow. Please try to learn from Disney Land.

I can't believe that such an amazing place existed in Ontario. My family and i recently visited African Lion Safari and could not believe the animals we saw up close. Lions, Cheetahs, Zebras, Exotic birds, eagles and everything in between. The admission price give you access to their train, boat excursion shows, waterpark and a whole bunch of other great things. We liked african lion safari much better than the zoo and will certainly return. Bring your camera as there are several photo opportunities. When was the last time you saw a Cheetah lying down 12 feet away from where you are seated in you bus? Bring your camera and explore the wonderful grounds.

I just spent another great day at African Lion Safari with members of my family. We had five little kids with us and they had an amazing time as did the grownups! There is something for everyone and I feel the whole day is needed to be able to see and do all that there is to do.... I have a season's pass so I go as often as possible. I still haven't seen all of the shows yet, but the Elephants and Friends presentation is great! We took the tour bus through the reserves - again! Every time I do, I learn something new about the animals and I find the tour guides are knowledgable and friendly...but then, everyone is who I have encountered! But this time of course, with 5 little kids the water play area was where we spent the longest time!
