Very professional,very nice. Was missing some paperwork which had set me back a bit,but I was only mad at myself for not coming 100% prepared. These are good hard working people. Driving is a privilege, not a right! So be nice to them and they will be nice to you! It's that simple!

The lady was very rude. She wrote on my title, and to make matters worse she misspelt affidavit!!! Now I can’t transfer my title because she written notes all over it. After she scribbled all on my title I was asking her some questions regarding how to transfer the title and she just wants to yell out the next number as if our business was done. They should require all employees have a high school diploma because the GED thing is not working out over here... we have low life scum disrespecting customers because they hate their lives and are disappointed with their life choices. One star is a compliment to my horrific experience.

Same issues as most complaints below; they claim you need paperwork show up with it and a different rep will tell you that its wrong. Not going to try with them again worth a longer wait at a different branch! Maybe they all need more training!

Im from Chicago. and been living in Hammond 3 years. 2 of the 3 year I went to this BMV location and was very disappointed both times. Customer service at this location bab. They dont seem to want to help. If you dont have a document they shoo you away. Rude
