They are fast. Although as another reviewer stated tracie has horrible customers service , bad attitude doesn't smile snatches your documents and rolls her eyes. A manager needs to look into her work performance and check her attitude that she doesn't leave at the door. However the lady who took our payment did have good costumer service and a friendly face. They need to get rid of tracie though.

I visited the Griffith License Branch today (11/10/17) and had a terrible experience. I was selling my car to another couple so we were there to have the title transferred over and get temporary plates for them. We were prepared and had all of the necessary paperwork. We were waited on by Tracie, who did not smile once and was one of the most unpleasant people I have ever met. I was appalled at her lack of customer service and interpersonal skills. This woman should not be working in this job position. She acted like were putting her out and inconveniencing her. The woman working at the cashier wasn't much better - she mumbled and was impersonal. I am not sure who does the hiring and evaluating of these employees, but they should be more mindful of who they employ. The only reason I gave this one star is because I had to give it something in order to post.

These people are crooks! Manager wanted to charge me 7% sales tax on a trailer because she didn’t have basic math skills to figure out that I paid 5.5% sales tax in Wisconsin from the invoice I received from the Wisconsin dealer that showed the total sale price paid and the amount of tax paid. She said that since the sales receipt did not state the percentage paid she was going to rob me for the full 7% instead of the difference between 5.5% and 7% or 1.5%. If this is what you do for a living you should know how to do basic math!!!!! Let me help you. If you pay $10 in tax on something that cost $100 dollars you take $10 and divide it by $100 and multiply that by 100. Tada! 10%!!! Or if you are bad at math maybe you could have googled the sales tax rate in Wisconsin. Dumb, lazy and dishonest. That’s how the DMV is in Griffith. I think they should lose their job for trying to steal money from me!

My son's 16th birthday and it was awful customer service. Felt terrible for him.

Very bad experience the worker was very rude I will never go to Griffith again they need to train their employees better with customers skills
