I can only sum this place up in one word...GREED. It is the only logical explanation for why you would have me arrive at 11:45 for a 12 p.m. appointment and at 1 tell me there are still four people ahead of me. There is no way that you could schedule this poorly. Simply put you are greedy and will not get my business. Avoid this place at all cost. It's like a cattle call. I felt like I was on a Southwest standby list.

Always have to wait over an hour to see the doctor on a first visit. I have had two experiences in the past and today is my husbands first. There are more respectful, efficient systems that other practices use which we will consider in the future.

I had hand surgery here in 2012, and everyone was wonderful- from the office staff to my doctors and nurses to PT. They gave my case the urgency it needed (and I wasn't aware of until the last minute), gave me the information I needed to weigh my choices, and treated me with respect & dignity.

Dr Crosby and his staff took good care of me through out my whole surgery and recovery process... There awesome 🖒🖒🖒

Dr. Peck and her staff are amazing. She was able to diagnose and save my right hand. The physical therapy center is also great. Thank you ladies so much!
