Absolutely hate this place.  The rooms are dirty the staff is rude. There was blood on the floor the last time I went. I was hung up on in the middle of a sentence to see if the doc could call me in something for a yeast infection after taking antibiotics.  Unfortunately they’re the only place I can find that will take me with my insurance. Also be prepared to pee in a cup every time you go I’m not really quite sure what’s up with this but it’s kind of creepy and I feel violated every time I have to do it. 😒 
Lucky I have a awesome walk in clinic by my house that I take myself to when I need to be seen now. It’s nice to go into a place that is clean and you feel welcomed.

I have been going to IHC for the last 5 years. I understand there are some reviews for people that unfortunately has not had a good experiences. However that has not been the case for my family. We have stayed with these group of pediatricians since we relocated to South Bend. Dr. Ruiz and her staff have been knowledgeable and courteous. They know my family and a good relationship has been established. I hope you get to experience good visits as I have.

I have been going to the IHC for almost 11 years. They have a great staff! The wait times can be a little long but that's to be expected when dealing with any clinic. Great service!

They are so unprofessional.Just hate how they did my child.Took my bby girl in with some fever and she didn't even  got to see the Dr.because they were supposely booked.But I had called to schedule an appointment.They gave me one for the that same.Took my bby and they said the appointment was for next day.Got so mad I took my bby out of their.Very low and poor administration.....
