Kimberly Crum was the lady who did my 2 year old daughters ultrasound today. She had quite the attitude with my daughter who just had surgery and doesn't exactly want to be touched by anyone anymore. She was crying because she was upset and didn't like being held down and this lady was just rude to jer the whole time. I know an ultrasound doesn't hurt but my daughter was very upset and didn't want to go thru that after everything she's been thru already and this lady had no patients with her. She acted like she was irritated with my baby girl who's just a baby. She also promised her a sticker at the beginning and never gave her one. It's not like she wasn't warned that my daughter was going to act like that. I told her she hates having anything done to her since her surgery. Poor service and such a rude lady! I won't be letting her do anything for my family ever again.

Had to get a breast exam here. The doctor that met me was incredibly friendly so I was out at ease (I had been so worried about a cancer possibility). I was apprehensive about getting a male doctor to do the actual exam but he did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. Also, I need to point out: just because it's urgent care doesn't mean you're entitled to get in and out in five minutes. These people work hard to serve us and our ill loved ones. Please don't act like the entitled customer I dread dealing with at my own job. Consider the fact that these people have to work hard without the luxury regular medical practitioners have at their own pace.

I chose amoxicillin over z pack as my prescription because the doctor told me it was $4. I get to walgreens and it's $25. I called Arnett and switched it to a different pharmacy. Still $12. Apparently they don't have an updated list of $4 providers. If you don't know the answer say so. I'm pretty sure a quick Google search would have provided the needed information. I would never go back there. If I'm in the same situation again I'd go to Franciscans urgent care.

Disappointed with the customer service from their medical staff. We were the last patients of the day and we had to wait an hour and a half to be seen. Since we were the last ones there and an hour past their close time, they treated us poorly and misdiagnosed/pushed medicine just to get us out the door.
