This is chapter one but so far Very  disappointed.  They didn't come when they said to check things out  when they did come they set the tub down and left. Then came back and said what do you want us to do. After 3 days tub  still not running. I filled with water my self. No instructions of operation and and really poor communication.  We paid cash in full at time of purchase. Never do that.  I will keep you posted if things improve   Trudy Bastin                       We are up and running.   Thank you

Was helping a friend with pool supplies and Brian was very helpful with getting the parts she needed. He also had helpful ideas for installing these parts that he shared with her.
