I was having pain in left breast. After the mammogram I was having ultrasound. I was a bit anxious. After mammogram, I was asked to remove my clothes from dressing room, and was schlepping them around from room to room. This was unthinkable, as I was moved three times. After the ultrasound, I was expecting the radiologist to come and talk to me. That did not happen. It did not appear to be a busy day; nevertheless, I have always had the radiologist talk to me after ultrasound, and to reassure me everything was fine. The technician handed me paperwork and I left. I picked up my clothes and went into the bathroom to change from gown to my street clothes. I was not impressed with this facility. I have had many mammograms, and this was the worst. Customer service was not their priority. I could not find an email address, nor did I receive a survey questionnaire. I will send this copy to the Administration of hospital. Perhaps they can implement a new policy to improve the way patients are processed. And the radiologist could be available to talk to patient and answer any questions. That would be a appreciated. And leave my clothes in dressing room, until I'm okayed to go home! Thank you. P.S. The office staff was very professional and should be complimented on their handling of patients. I did appreciate their courtesy and helpfulness! Maybe send them a pizza and let them know! The one star is for them! Actually, the technicians were good too. It appeared there were being directed to move me around a lot. Repeat, move room, repeat, move room.
