Whatever the weather your hair will be better! I have been a client of Gavvy's for over 2 years. She's so good I might consider relocating if she left CNY.  She has brought me from brunette to blonde to red and I still have hair on my head! Jackie is a master too, explaining color painting and giving my hair dimensions I never knew.(Sorry couldn't resist the rhyme). Located conveniently if you live/work downtown (right next to Dinosaur BBQ) .  Great  stylists, awesome vibe.
