On the pricey side but the hair dresser was very helpful in figuring out what would work best for a new haircut.  Took his time and it came out great!

This place is close to my home, less expensive for leg waxing than other spas, and the service was fast (12 minutes total for legs). While it's true that the phone receptionist is a real character, I chalk it up to being in Central New York, and I'm learning to get used to it. If no-frills, fast waxing is what you're looking for, then consider this salon. And BTW, the desk receptionist made pleasant small talk about the weather as I was paying the bill, leading me to think that they may be working on the customer relations issue.

I visited Josephs on 1/16/10  and had a fabulous experience.  The facial was one of the best I have ever had.  The stylist really took the time to get to know me and talk about my hair, then gave me the best cut and color I have had in years!  I will be going back!

Love Joe's

     Best cut in town.  The price's are a little high, but my hair never looks better.  Pat does a great job!  Worth every penny.

My fiancee just called me and told me this is the worst wax that she has ever gotten. It took 8 minutes....most places take their time and are gentle and take around 30 minutes....8 minutes?? Are you kidding. She said the lady was rough and careless....is that any way to be around that area? I THINK NOT! THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE....IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BE IN A LOT OF PAIN THEN GO TO CRAPPY JOSEPH'S....TWO THUMBS DOWN.
