Highly recommend Indigo Physicotherapy! Dr. Sam is kind, thoughtful, and conscientious. Her approach makes you feel in control and well cared for. 

I started treatment with Indigo about 7 weeks postpartum after my second delivery that resulted in tearing. I felt nervous going into my first session, but she made me feel comfortable really quickly and confident that she could help. After just a few months I feel back to health without the need for expensive or invasive surgical procedures. 

Dr. Sam explains everything about the process, educate you and provides you with the tools you need to return to optimal health. I wish I knew about this service after my first pregnancy!

Such an AWESOME place. Dr. Duflo is a wonderful lady. Ms. Gena Maom LAc is a great acupuncturist as well. I highly recommend this place. Raja
