I have used Nova Care several times for various rehabs. I keep returning when I need help because of the staff who always greet me warmly when I arrive. I also return because of my physical therapist Meghan. She is the best. You work hard but it’s so worth it. Meghan is kind and professional and everything you want and expect in a PT. I have experienced great success in recovery because of Meghan. She is presently working with me to restore use of my shoulder. I’ve observed the other therapists who are also attentive to patients’ needs. It’s so good to get the help and support I always receive at Nova Care.

This is my first experience with physical therapy and I have to say I'm not only pleased but impressed!

Megan, the front desk, the trainees - everyone is not only incredibly friendly but highly knowledgeable about different types of injuries and how to best assess and treat them.  

This location is also incredibly convenient - 97 is literally around the corner and it's a cinch finding parking (which definitely alleviates some of the stress).

I was a little apprehensive at being referred to a physical therapist and it seems silly now that I've had such wonderful experiences so far.  If I have any questions, the staff is more than happy to not only listen but do their best to answer them. If I'm a bit more tender or suffering more pain in any particular area, they make sure to address it and conduct thorough exams if need be.

In the short amount of time I've been coming I've definitely learned that injuries that lead you to physical therapy take time and patience to heal. Instead of feeling like it's yet another "thing" to add to my day and already hectic schedule, I leave feeling better than when I came in - Every. Single. Time.

Megan is a caring and helpful PT. She will push when you need it, but that will make you better faster! She shows you how to do each activity correctly and explains why the activity is necessary. I also like the fact that the facility seems to have all the correct equipment for PT. I recommend this place and Megan!

After being very resistant to follow the advice of the doctors that I needed pelvic floor therapy, I decided to schedule an appointment with the therapist Gretchen Michaels who the surgeon especially recommended.  I am very pleased to say that the facility and the personnel who runs it receive my five star rating. Good job, NovaCare ! Thank you, Gretchen, for your wisdom, knowledge and patience.
