This Chapter Indigo is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. If the staff do not know what you’re looking for they are more than happy to do a little research to help you out. This is my go to book store. They have a great selection of books in their big store. More often than not you will find what you’re looking for in this Chapters Indigo. I highly recommend this location for all your novelty needs.

I was looking for a cookbook that only had a single copy left. I was asked if I needed any help right away. 4-5 employees were searching the section to try and find the book I was looking for. Unfortunately they didn't have the book on the shelf. I went in another section of the store and an employee came and found me with the cookbook I was looking for! Turns out it was in another section. When I told the cashier this story, she gave me 5$ off my purchase "for my troubles". Excellent customer service, highly recommended if you are in the area!

I came in and heard about a promotion, when I was paying the cashier was very rude to me and my family. My husband found some more stuff and I had used our gift card for part of the purchase. When we wanted to add the items to our purchase the cashier told us it was impossible since we had already used our gift card even though transaction wasn’t finished. Another employee overheard this and told her that that wasn’t true. He was very kind and explained that all he needed was the original card that the previous cashier had cut up, she was very rude to this man and stormed off. Nik the new cashier was very polite and funny, he took care of everything and even applied the promotion to my daughters purchase. Frankly the way she was talking to me was very degrading and did not make me feel welcome. While Nik the other cashier was very pleasant and the other staff were very helpful. my experience with the other employee was inexcusable.

Great bookstore.  Kids like coming here for both books and toys.  Starbucks too.  They always have nice gift ideas here.

Great and friendly staff. Great selection of books and home decor. Chapters/Indigo nowadays carry great , original items for sale. They also carry the Mat&Natt line of handbags, plus a ton of other accessories , and cute home decor items. Great stationary selection too, never disappointed. As of June 2017, this store is being renovated, so there are less books available, but cant wait to see the changes. Starbucks located next door.
