Great place!  Immaculate, manicured grounds.  Very nice residents who are friendly, but also classy enough to respect privacy.   Seems like all I've met are very active retirees of white collar professions.  This resort is full of on and off site activities during the snow/rain bird season.  Two pools (one a salt water pool), jacuzzi, saunas, volleyball, billiards, horseshoes, pickle ball (like a tennis-ping pong fusion), shuffleboard, golfing practice areas, and centers with equipment for various crafting hobbies.  It's a very short walk over to all the fun and restaurants at Fantasy Springs Casino (my fav are the concerts).  My only ding is for a draconian no pets policy!  For most Westerners, a pet now considered an adjunct family member.  A strictly observed but very moderate pet policy can surely not only retain every bit of the loveliness of the park, but also greatly aid the total well being of residents, many of whom are single or widowed.  Forgot to mention that the park has beautiful views--mountains, city lights at night, and the Colorado River which is piped in and circulating around the park in a very tastefully designed river with large beautiful fish; it swells to pond dimensions here and there with pretty arched bridges that take you to the main clubhouse.

I have family that have been coming down here for the past 20 years. They really enjoy all there neighbors both American and Canadian. This area has a lot to offer if your looking for a winter get away. The residents are very nice and the grounds are well taken care of. Also the park has a high value for safety and security. Hope that helps....

Top Shelf RV Resort +55 Community
In response to Mojave19's review we appreciate the review provided. Unfortunately, they do not understand or empathize with non-pet people, who see the whole pet situation very differently. Here there  no animals fighting, no discarded doggie doo, no owners complaining about that barking dog, that cat who catches birds, etc etc. It is the fresh approach that makes this place so special for us. That is why we are so friendly. We like people alot. Real people, not fur buddies.

We stayed overnight in the RV area.  Thank you for having a place for us to park over night. Had fun playing slots. I came out 40 bucks ahead.
