Horrible customer service. The worst. Very disappointing and will never return. Keva was a teller there and had to have no real training in customer service. Very very unprofessional and laughed when i asked for her name as well as branch manager's info. I then requested larger bills instead of an immense amount of smaller bills and she said they didnt have any at all. Kind of hatd to believe seeing that its a bank. Her snarky and rude attitude definitely was not warranted. Choose another bank. Don't waste your time.

Not really up to customary industry standards. Routine tasks that are generally offered with other banks are either not offered here or at best mediocre in execution. If they were a newly established bank I could understand but this long-standing institution has been around for a minute as I opened my very first savings account with them when I was a youth in high school some 40 years ago. And to see the lack of innovative technology that could be utilized today and it not be in place here is very disappointing to say the least.
