Infinity shoes ruined my daughter's Christmas. I contacted them personally and chatted with a representative before ordering. I asked if regular shipping would get the shoes to me in time for Christmas or if I should expedite. She assured me all orders would be there in time for Christmas. Guess what? They didn't make it. When I contacted Customer Service, their response was "We hire many temporary people for the holidays, so they don't always know when the items will get there." Well, maybe you should train them or take responsibility for them since they are representing your company. I will NEVER do business with this company again.
