Visited during my lunch hour on a Wednesday to get fitted for a pair of running shoes. The store was completely empty and I was helped right away. The girl helping me had me run on a treadmill for 30 seconds in a neutral pair of shoes so we could see how I run and figure out what shoes would be best for me. After that, she picked out 4 pairs of shoes to try and 2 different types of insoles. All in all, it was a great experience and I walked out with new shoes and insoles for less money than I expected! Will definitely go back in the future.

Just had the most amazing customer service at Jack Rabbit! My son is a young runner that The has experienced some ankle pain and Dalton took the time to work with multiple shoes and inserts to ensure that he was getting the best shoe for this period in his training. I was so impressed with the level of suggestions without the hard core sales press. Awesome job!

Good selection of running shoes, sometimes you'll find a clearance section. Clean store and one of the more organized shoe stores you'll find.

Great shoe selection. Visited the store when it wasn't busy. Had a tough time getting someone to assist me. As the manager walked by I politely asked for assistance. To which I was given the response as she kept on walking by, "I can't help you." Someone finally came by to assist me as I was ready to leave. Upon handing him the shoe from the rack that I wanted to try, he took it from me and said, "you don't take them from there." Huh? Honestly horrible customer service.

I went to the W. 14th St. store yesterday evening at the advice of a friend. The salesman with the red hair was rude and abrupt. He acted like he didn’t want to help me because he had to get more than one shoe size for me. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when I went on the treadmill, he set the speed so fast that I nearly fell. He laughed. His co-worker saw my disgust and did the best she could regarding damage control, but it was too late. Will NEVER go to this place again!
