One of our favorite shopping experiences in Spartanburg. A clean, well lit and stocked store. Good produce, deli counter and salad bar. Fresh bakery items and seafood. A Starbucks Coffee stand and an attached gas station to complete the experience.

Ingles is great. The employees are really nice, and helpful. This is an average grocery store with typical pricing. Some items vary in expense compare to other stores, but that is to be expected. They have a Starbucks that has never let me down. They also have an excellent deli, bakery, hot food service, and fresh fruits/veggies areas all located right near the produce section. This store also offers a salad bar and hot food bar option.

I love the additions to the deli area. Fresh cooked to order pizza is awesome. Gelato is yummy. Salad bar is always fresh. Great spot for lunch.

Why they are great:
The employees are helpful and friendly.  Ex.  I prepped to handle a flat tire I discovered in their parking lot, the Ingles manager noticed during his break and took time to help me change my flat tire. I frequently have pleasant conversations with cashiers as I check out and  never have to  search hard for help finding things. 
It is beautifully renovated.
The deli selections are delicious and plentiful offering southern cuisine, sushi, made to order pizza, subs, Chinese, a wing bar, fruit bar, soups, gelato and a salad bar.

Starbucks located inside store 😄😄🌹. Good salad bar for dinner. The Gelato and sorbet selections are good but skip the prepared Chinese food at the deli. The Produce dept. has a very fine selection. The wine selection is okay. Seafood selection is okay but sparse (as is most seafood in upstate SC), but the meat dept. has organic beef and poultry. Bakery has decent bread but for pastry go to Fresh Market or Whole Foods in Greenville.
